More than 70 broker owners and office managers gathered at the NEFAR Resource Center on July 19 to hear Dan Elzer of The Training Academy in Longwood, Florida, speak about productivity, profitability, and recruiting. Also speaking at the event was realMLS CEO Nicole Jensen who updated the group on the multiple listing service and the NAR settlement.
Elzer has spent over two decades helping both management teams and sales professionals succeed. He has been an owner/operator, manager, sales associate, national trainer, and consultant. When working with leadership, management, or sales teams, Elzer offers an inspirational, dynamic delivery of content that will allow real estate professionals to improve their businesses.
The next event offered by NEFAR’s Broker Engagement Task Force will be the Northeast Florida Broker Summit on Friday, October 4. This will be an off-campus event and its location will be announced in the future.
