2024 Leadership Academy applications are due October 30

Are you interested in maximizing your potential as a leader in the real estate industry? Consider applying for NEFAR’s 2024 Leadership Academy.

Leadership Academy is a rigorous, yearlong program that is designed to train emerging leaders in how to become more involved in NEFAR activities. Through the program, candidates will learn to grow their businesses, expand their leadership skills, develop a sense of camaraderie with their peers, and make a difference in the extended real estate community.

Throughout the year, students will be trained in the classroom as well as through independent study and group sessions. Work will include team-building exercises, goal-setting, networking techniques, and developing better communication skills.

The Leadership Academy experience offers a unique opportunity to better understand how the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® operates. Students are expected to attend 17 events throughout the 2024 calendar year beginning with their recognition at the NEFAR Annual Installation and Awards Gala, on Friday, January 04, at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel in downtown Jacksonville.

Applications to attend the 2024 Leadership Academy must be submitted to LA@NEFAR.com by 11 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2023.
